Suzhou Charter Leader Precision Electronics is a company in Charter Leader group which is dedicated to manufacturing shielding box. We are certified by many well-known Network, OEM, ODM manufacturers. Currently, Suzhou Charter Leader focuses on customization of shielding box and test fixture.

T6-6061 Aluminum alloy

Many cheap shielding boxes in the market are made of sheet metal which is easy to manufacture and the cost of material is cheap. However, conductivity of sheet metal is much worse than Aluminum leading the bad isolation in sub 1GHz and the machining of sheet metal can't be as precise as aluminum.
Charter Leader shielding box are made of T6-6061 aluminum alloy. We machine shielding box by CNC milling, which makes us be capable of being very precise on details. It also makes sure our quality is constant, the life cycle is much longer and the isolation is much higher in mm-Wave bandwidth.
Currently, the wavelength of 2.4GHz electromagnetic wave is 12.5 cm. In 5G, the wavelength of 30GHz will be 1 cm only. In this circustance, the precision of shielding box will be highly related to the isolation of shielding box and that's why Charter Leader insists in manufacturing high-quality shielding boxes.

Qualified filter

The filter from Charter Leader are all self-designed. We provide many interfaces which can be choose by customers. Because the outer case of the filter are standardized, customers can substitute different filter on one boxes, decreasing cost and increasing flexibility. Customized fixture

Charter Leader has beene dedicated to not only shielding box but also test fixture. By integration of fixture and shielding box, Charter Leader helps customers realizing automation, semi-automation, significantly raise the efficiency of RF product testing.
